How to Storage and Protection

Headphones and microphones are very durable products when functioning properly. By maintaining good usage habits and performing timely protection and storage, they can definitely accompany you for many years.

1. Pay Attention to Humidity

   High humidity environments can cause internal components to deteriorate. When storing, please be mindful of the humidity level. If storing in a dehumidifying box, also pay attention to the temperature inside the box and avoid large temperature differences with the outside environment, as sudden drastic changes can also cause damage.

2. Avoid Dust

   Dust settling inside from the air can reduce the performance of headphones and microphones. For long-term storage, it is recommended to keep them in a case, cover, or sealed container.

3. Avoid Hot-Plugging

   Make sure to connect the cables before starting the software, and disconnect the cables only after the software has been stopped.

4. Keep Away from Magnetic Objects

   Headphones and microphones contain magnetic materials inside. Being close to strong magnetic fields may cause a reduction in magnetism and degrade performance.

5. Appearance Cleaning | Headphones

   Human sweat and secretions are invisible enemies to cables.
   Remember to clean the exterior regularly with a slightly damp cloth to remove any bodily residues. For wooden parts, gently wipe with a small amount of wood oil or guitar oil.

6. Internal Cleaning | Microphone

   Dust accumulated on the internal diaphragm can affect microphone operation. Due to the complex internal structure, please have a professional clean it to avoid damage caused by self-disassembly.

7. Do Not Pull Cables Forcefully

   When plugging or unplugging, always hold the connector. Do not pull the cables directly, nor squeeze or twist the cables for long periods.
